We walked in and the person who greeted us was not nice. She clearly does not understand customer service. The Salem company we are not using is awesome.

Their solutions work. The office staff is prickly or demanding and don't treat customers nicely. They don't seem to realize the customer pays their wage. They are better than the other guys whos name starts with a P.
