Really this is not good company for your career because i have joined this company. I had worked only for 5 to 6 days i have seen all reviews after join this company it was helpfull to me. They have worst rules and regulation this is so small company but It will fail TCS or Google in rules and regulation compare to this companyThey have rules like 1. If you take a leave in month then they will hold your salary for 15 working day they gives salary 10th of month if your salary gets hold then u will get it 29 or 30 date of that month. They have lots of rules like that. They have need to improve rules you cant pressurize any employee.Thank God i left it.
