I called early in the afternoon on a Friday. Needed flowers to be delivered that evening to a performance. I was having problems with my phone cutting in & out, & Mitchell’s stayed with me until we straightened everything out. They asked questions until they knew everything I wanted, even down to the 6 year-old’s favorite color. I finished the conversation with such a good feeling that everything would be taken care of. Person I spoke with on the phone was very kind & patient with me, despite my annoying phone problems!

Ordered a corsage for a school dance. Beautifully done with special care. The man who did it for me was incredibly kind and stayed after hours so I could pick it up for the dance. One of the best acts of kindness I have ever had the honor to receive. I do recommend.

Called to order flowers for a friend, the lady on phone was very rude. When I pay $45 for a small arrangement or more, I expect a little bit of kindness. I don't know how the flowers looked and don't really care, I will not order from a business that doesn't appreciate its customers.
