Recently I got married in Nevada city, and wanted to warn couples who are looking for a dj. We made the mistake of using mountain event productions. I had given him a playlist two weeks before the wedding. During the reception I noticed that all of the music playing was not from my playlists, so one of my bridesmaids asked him what was going on. He then proceeded to argue and yell at her. After a while he left his dj booth to confront me (in front of guests) and say I never gave him a list to play. He also argued with some other guests who went up to give him some written song suggestions. He was on edge, somewhat incoherent, unprofessional, and unprepared. Many of my guests were concerned that he was on something. He was extremely rude to our caterer as well. He went up to them at one point and asked them where the real food was...Djs are such an important part of a wedding, so be careful who you pick!

The absolute worst. I've been to weddings where there wasn't a DJ or coordinator of any kind that went smoother and better than the wedding that I just was in and Greg from MEP was involved with. Luckily, the bride and groom are so sweet and easy going, if that was my wedding I would have fired him on the spot. The bride chose the words for the ceremony, Greg balked and strong armed the whole thing to fit what he wanted them to say. He was the rudest most irratic person. He had the worst attitude and made little things a huge deal by interrupting the ceremony due to a mic not working (which should have since there should have been a sound check). Him freaking out and throwing hands up while the wedding party was walking down the aisle. Keeping the wedding party in the back and having everyone get "chipodle" (WHICH WASN'T THE RIGHT FOOD//THERE WAS PIZZA". And then had the audacity to bring the wedding party boxes of pizza for no reason. He blamed everyone for his mistakes the entire night. We had a surprise Flash mob for the bride and groom that he totally friggin blew. The music was supposed to queu on a word from the father of the bride speech..... he refused to play the music until the dad "was where the photographer was" (he's yelling it in a microphone, mind you) he turned the lights back on then back off and it just was so lame that he tried controlling the whole thing and it could have been hilarious if he just did what he was told. The rest of the vendors were soooooo appalled at how terrible he was and they had never seen anything as bad as Greg. Don't use him.

All I can say is that this DJ was the worst . He botched everything. No excuse for how really bad he was . Look to somebody else to do your DJ event . Zero stars

We recently attended a wedding where this DJ completely botched the event. Wedding started at 2:30 - he showed up 30 mins late.. his set up was behind the groomsmen. The couple had a family member marry them. He did a wonderful job although this DJ was throwing his arms up in the air, sarcastically laughing, and saying pshh and pacing back and forth. all eyes went to him and everyone was in shock that he would ruin this moment for the couple. The cermony was beautiful and he had no reason to draw attention to tiny flaws that NOBODY cares about or notices. His songs also wouldn't play when he wanted them to. and i mean the important moments like father /bride dance and groom / mother dance. We had to actually sing for them while the dj scrambled to actually play the songs it was sad

Mark did an amazing job with our wedding. He was super helpful and supportive throughout the time, he did a great job directing people, and the music was great! Such a blast.
