ALWAYS very helpful. It's the kind of service you don't get at a larger corporate store. Amy and Tom are great to work with. They have the knowledge to cater to phone geeks like myself but I've also been in the store when they are so patient and helpful to older folks who are trying to figure out issues with their first smartphone. They can't be beat.
