Ordered a topper that wouldn't close once on the truck, returned and ordered a different model. Still waiting for the new model to come in.

They do good work, but they screwed up our order. We ordered a 2" receiver hitch and brake controller with 7 pin connector. The wrong t connector was ordered so we had to bring it back a second day. Then they didn't install the break controller or 7 pin. Doug, who I think is the owner's son, apologized -and said they would put it in for a certain amount. When we brought it back in, they wouldn't honor the price even after I spoke to a manager. I love supporting local shops and like I said, they do great work. Just get all pricing in writing.

Went there to get a topper, stood there looking at the toppers. 15 minutes goes by no one helps me, another customers walks in stands at the counter. Employee walks in and out of the store, walks past me twice not saying anything to me. He then ask the customer if he has been helped, customer says yes. I wait another 5 minutes and walk out, they don’t want my service so I’m taking it else where. Wouldn’t recommend going, waste of my time
