Creating a new website is a very exciting and somewhat scary experience. While I had experience with our web designer, I needed to find a new developer. After interviewing a couple of people/companies, I confidently hired Tim Smith at New Paradigm Marketing, and I am so happy I did. While it takes a village to create a site, Tim was an integral piece of that. He was prompt and clear with his deliverables, and always gave more than his share. I can highly recommend New Paradigm for commercial website creation and training and maintenance, should we need.

Transitioning domain and email hosts can be a difficult, confusing task, and Tim walked me through the steps. He has a very organized approach that guided us along the process of writing our content, choosing images, and selecting search terms for SEO. Tim was a referral from a trusted colleague after consulting him of some critical challenges I was experiencing with a company that misrepresented themselves as web designers. They claimed to be but instead was outsourcing the work and were not designers themselves. A lot of money was already invested and nothing to show. Ongoing timeline delays with my webpage. Sadly to say that I met her in a reputable business group meeting. My biggest regret was "I wished I had met Tim Smith earlier." Tim was very empathetic to my plight since my request for his expertise was eminent to write the contents. The project was a piece meal arrangement and Tim patiently and willingly offered to have a look at the overview and offered his perspectives of how best to proceed working with what I already had. Numerous meetings were held, it is not easy picking up the shattered pieces from someone else's incomplete design. His attention to details, clarity, patience, humor and timely resolutions was great therapy of trust, a piece of mind for me. The bottom line was that he was able to listen, compromise, understand my vision and incorporate contents creatively and did an exellent job.
