Years later and I still feel so lucky to work here! My managers and leadership team supports me and constantly pushes me to grow. My goals and the goals of my teammates are clear, and we are encouraged to help each other and teach each other along the way. My opportunities feel endless here, there is always something new and exciting to work on around the corner. In the rapidly evolving and sometimes unknown work of technology, the New Target team finds a way to make you feel confident in your career. Not only do I feel a sense of purpose when dealing with my non-profit clients, but I get the chance to learn about all types of markets and creeds. It's also helpful that the whole multicultural team works in house and is happy to collaborate and openly share ideas. The benefits are extremely generous: healthcare for employees, catered lunch often, team building excursions as well as gym benefits and right beside one of the busiest/hippest spots in the D.C. Metro area.

This is the worst company I have ever hired for anything. I dont know where to start. A year or two ago they had a great employee that was responsive, fast and did the work well. When we asked what happened to this person, they pretty much bad mouthed him so bad that it was obvious there were other reasons they didn't like him. The thigs they said didnt make sense and it was obvious this guy put an extra effort to get things right but didnt charge. He once told us he was forced to add hours on a bill and was told he did his work too fast and needed to slow down. NOT MAKING THIS UP.if you want a place that charges you for 10 minute phone calls, takes a year to do simple tasks that they charge THOUSANDS of dollars for then this place is it.All their developers are out of the country. they aren't responsive. not allowed to talk to developers directly. takes days just to communicate the simplest tasks. and the main guy we have to deal with is a complete illiterate who doesn't understand a single thing he is told.unfortunately we are stuck for now. but beware. its an outsourced company that will nickel and dime you to death.

The Scholarship Fund of Alexandria (SFA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that helps Alexandria City Public Schools students successfully achieve their college dreams. The SFA awards $950K+ in college scholarships each year and provides college and financial aid advising services.The SFA needed a website that reflected the services we provide and its impact on the community.The New Target team proposed a website that highlighted the value of the organization and was easy for all stakeholders to navigate. With Project Manager Trevor West at the helm, they worked with us to understand our needs, they developed a great design concept and created a dynamic website that will draw traffic to the site, facilitate serving our stakeholders and help with funding our mission.Everyone at New Target is very professional and highly competent. They performed all the work on time and they were great at problem-solving. We are thrilled with the new website! Special shout out to Trevor West for his thoroughness, patience and charm!
