Awesome customer service & the selection of frames & the prices make Costco better than any other place I’ve went to. I see some negative comments & I’ve never had this problem. Sometimes the problem is not treating people the way you want to be treated.

The optometrist was wonderful... However the sales lady seemed irritated. Not helpful at all... actually she insisted on me purchasing a pair of glasses that I did not want. When I came back to return them... She practically yelled at me for it. I kept them... Will never return to the optical department for glasses again.

I recommend looking elsewhere for your eye care needs. I have typically had great experiences at other Costco branches. After failing to call me when my trial contacts arrived, they wanted to charge me an extra fee to reschedule my exam. Now they want to charge me to repeat my entire contact lens exam because I waited a year to return. They offered no compromise or options or suggestions. Also, the optometrist was disheveled looking during my appointment, not the level of professionalism I would expect.

Called Costco Optical. The person who answered the phone mumbled, had to ask to repeat what she said multiple times. She did not seem very enthused to have me as a customer. I will look somewhere else.

One word for this place OK. Dr was good and did decent job to test and write prescription. They don’t have lot of options but are much affordable compared to places like Eye Q.

The employee there was very rude. I had picked a number but realized the only copy of my Rx I had was electronic. It was very busy so I didn't want to wait the whole time just to be told the electronic copy was not sufficient. So I asked him if I could ask a quick question, he ignores me. I asked again, louder and he rudely said, what is the question... After I told him that I only had the electronic, he said that won't work, then walked away. It was the holiday season, I know he was busy, but should really treat people better, I will not go back to optical.
