Matthew Chau is my account manager/website designer and he is amazing. The usual turnaround to get a website designed is 30 days, but we were opening our office in a couple of weeks and he crunched down and designed a beautiful website for us within a week. Really high-end and professionally done. Simple and very elegant. It took me an additional week to do the most basic content write-ups; I was the slow one. I still have to do a lot more content to write, but the most essential information is there, enough to get the website up and running 2 weeks after I signed on. Matt is very responsive. Love working with him, and 0360 is a great company. Highly recommend.

Working with Danny from sales, and Suzanne for web design, she was extremely patient, and accurate with helping to create our vision for a beautifully modern, and crisp website. Her responsive timing, as well her knowledge and experience has made such a difference during this process. My website went live about two weeks ago. After Optimized 360 worked tirelessly on it for over 6 weeks. It is about time that I write about my experience with them.I can be extremely demanding. I know what I want and Even though I try to be flexible, I can sometimes be adamant about them too. Optimized 360 was up for the challenge. They helped me every step of the way and tried to do everything I wanted and they delivered. The person in charge of my website is Matthew C ( I always email him and this is his email address, so I dont know his last name) and he is extremely professional, responsive and helpful. I would email him with questions and he would respond within minutes. All changes would be implemented on my website in less than an hour. They were all a great team and I am very happy I got to work with them. Shout out to Matthew for keeping up with all my demands.... thank you! I am grateful.Highly recommended.
