Once they get your money they don't know you. They let everyone break the rules. People don't cut th e grass, older trailer than allowed, two and three families on one lot, junk cars and whatever else they can trash up a lot with.

Talk to Paul Milburn land purchaser already in the area you are looking to purchase, "before" you obt to buy. The "Deed Restrictions" will not be inforced once an area is 50% sold out. Pay Very Close to the FEES. Ask what the "DAILY" late fees on the Outstanding Balance would be first year, second year, third year, ect. Just one unforeseen financial emergency during the course of the loan can make catching up impossible.
