I am a new resident at the Ponderosa Moile Estates in Pollock Pines. I choose this park first of all because of the well maintained grounds. The beautiful lawn in the center and immaculate swimming pool gives this park a resort feeling. The manager, Joyce, is friendly and personable yet proffesional. It is nice to see someone who genuinely enjoys her job. She is always very helpful and has a smile on her face and takes the time to talk with you. The residents whom I have met here are friendly and welcoming. They take pride in their home as can easily be seen by how well maintained and groomed the homes and yard areas are. This is a quiet mature park. I had seached for a place for 6 months before choosing this place. I am happy that I made the right choice.

As a tenant of this park, I am extremely happy with how the managers handle the park. The grounds are always beautiful. They always make sure that the road within the park is clear of snow and debris. If you are looking for a quiet, safe location to live, this is the place for you!

I was in town to visit my grandparents for a week and , The manager Joyce was so sweet and helpful. She answered all my questions and made me really consider moving here with availability opens.

I visited my grandparents here and stayed for about a week. The area was really nice and all of the people I met there were great as well! There are a lot of great places around the area to see and some really good food too.

I have lived here for over two years and this is the nicest, cleanest, well kept grounds anywhere in El Dorado County. The pool and the clubhouse are kept so clean that you would feel fine swimming and playing cards here. The managers are the real thing, they keep up all of the gardening, clear snow and make everybody here feel safe and protected. Thank you, Larry and Joyce!

I’m a tenant at the Ponderosa Mobile Estates. It is a very nice community. The management keeps it extremely clean. The pool is awesome and refreshing!! The neighborhood is very friendly! They are also pet friendly which is wonderful! I highly recommend living here!
