Fairly priced studios for rent. They have a variety of different studios each with useful equipment for photos and video. The owner is very nice and will work with you if you're polite. If you have a bad attitude or try to haggle go somewhere else. He even has a studio with green screen equipment. Very organized, and very secure.

Great place for one on one workshop. Dean has a lot of experience with video equipment and editing. He teaches by explaining things and then using "hands on" techniques to apply what you learn. He doesn't look at the clock either, he will answer all your questions and give you feedback on your work.
