This company is good when all is well but if you have a problem there is no support. I had something printed here and found that it needed to be trim slightly smaller. I was willing to pay for the trim. However, they are not there to support you. They refused to do it. This is really poor customer service.

Craig and his entire team are amazing! From the front of house to the back room they care about commitment to their customers and the quality of work they produce. The customer is first, and that is very clear! Definitely recommend!

Unbeliveable quality! The 12 page booklets I ordered were the best I've ever seen in years! I was shocked how great there are! I was sold by all the reviews. Our nonprofit Christian ministry took a step of faith with these guys and it was a huge blessing. Colors: SuperPaper: SuperDigital pictures: Some portrait shots were a little dark, but can adjust for next order.Cons: You don't have the hard copy proof like from a local shop. Thank you! I'm putting in an order now for something else and got reminded to leave a review. Just do it!

If I had 10 stars that wouldn’t be enough to capture how impressed I am! I work with a local wedding venue and we created a booklet for our clients. I found printing center USA after doing a google search and I have been continually blown away by them with every interaction! The ordering process is extremely simple, I would got a fantastic proof of everything before they confirmed printing, I received email reminders, and text messages regarding my order and it's shipping status. I just got the booklets in the mail yesterday, and once again, I am flabbergasted! The papers that they use are such high-quality that our images pop off of the page! The feel is so incredibly professional as well! Now we are looking to add trifold brochures, thank you cards, and other products, all because of the amazing experience we had with them. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Our dance studio ordered a program from Printing Center the week of our Recital and received it a day earlier than we thought. They came out great and the customer service representative we worked with was accessible and very nice! Would use this service again.

This company does not need clients and does not work with clients.We need few marketing materials. Rules at site Printingcenterusa. com says that need upload pdfx3 with no fonts, but in pdfx3 fonts embedded. If we create outlines - fonts view little different (you know about this) and we don't like this. We asked about this and received answer that we don't need do pdfx3 and can send original file with pictures and fonts in zip.We received soft proof with broken fonts. We asked about broken fonts and received answer - this is problem in low resolution proof. We asked about promise that at print will be ok. No answer about promise, but we received high resolution proof with broken fonts again.We asked - fonts broken again and received answer - you use Acrobat for view, your Acrobat settings in wrong and you see broken fonts. Ok, We installed two additional different pdf viewers - in both broken fonts.We called twice and ask fix problem - nobody wont do this.We wrote mail general manager - no answer.We cancel order, because we don't work with this company.
