My realtor in Sacramento referred me to Purves & Associates for a homeowner's policy quote on an older home, and Atlanta Parrott, their New Businsess Manager, was very responsive and helpful. She returned my call the same day, and provided a quote within 24 hours. Ms. Parrott ended up saving me between $100-$200 from quotes I obtained from my auto insurer and AARP. She worked well with my loan officer in coordinating the insurance policy issuance in a timely matter for a quick close of escrow.

I own a consulting business and work mostly with Cities and Counties. The bureaucracy involved can be a challenge when meeting the specific conditions each City or County may place within their contract. Purves and Associates has been an invaluable partner in helping me negotiate through these contracts. Brittany has gone above and beyond time and again for me. She has worked directly with the attorneys or human resource staff to address their insurance requirements. I can't thank Brittany enough for her patience, time, and expertise in navigating and resolving these contract issues. Purves and Associates has been one of the best business decisions I have made.
