We traveled from Montana in the off season to Paradise to visit our grand daughter and her family. Because of our travel schedule we were unsure of what day we would arrive but didn’t have any trouble finding places to stay a long the way. We were told about this RV Park and we checked it out online. We attended the great grandsons baseball game so we were late getting to Paradise. It was 9:10pm when we pulled into the park, we figured we could find a place and square up with the office in the morning. Found a couple of empty spots but the manager came out and informed us if we didn’t have a reservation we couldn’t stay, they didn’t take anyone after 9pm. It doesn’t have any times posted on the website. He was extremely rude and not very nice. My parents are in their 80’s and were very tired, he wouldn’t even consider letting us stay the night. So we spent the night in the Save Mart grocery store parking lot. Would not have returned if it was the only place to stay, and trust me if I hear of anyone traveling that way I will suggest they stay in Chico or Oroville.

Quail Trails Village RV Park is beautiful. If you want no contact with the outside world, this is a place for you. There are beautiful big trees all around so all the sites are shady. However, our phones did not work there. If I stood in certain spots, I was able to get out now in then. But the people I called had a hard time understanding me due to breaking up. I was not successful in getting on their internet either so it was important for our hotspot to work, but no go. Now I will always ask about phone coverage. We also bought a booster for our antenna and we did get a few stations, but the programs kept breaking up. It all depends what you want.

Been living here a year, never been late on the rent, I inform them I will be late this month but no worries and they tell me they are going to charge me a 25$ late fee, but no problems anywhere else
