It took a long time, but eventually arrived, and we enjoyed it. Good classmate interviews and fun music dubbed from our 60s time period! Not extremely high resolution or wide screen, but plenty good enough for a personalized high school reunion video.

He has not delivered our DVD after 16 weeks. Do not use this company to video your high school reunion. Check out what the Portland Better Business Bureau has to say about this company. If you have had the same experience please contact me. Each one of us alone cannot do anything about this company, but if we band together we might be able to get the US attorney's office to investigate him for mail fraud. Just put my name into Google and I will come up as the first entry.

Raines Video Productions did a great job putting together our reunion experience. It took a little longer than planned to receive the DVDs, but when received it was well worth it.

Took orders, cashed checks in an immediate basis and did not provide an videos. He defrauded multiple classmates. There are multiple BBB complaints.

II too sent a check several months ago for a high school reunion DVD. I was told it would be two weeks for the product to arrive. Two months later no product or explanation as to why the delay. I would personally never do business with these people, very dissatisfied with the company.I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau, the Oregon States Attorney General, any professional video organizations I can locate, perhaps some news stations and certainly making use of the internet. I am going to urge my class mates to do the same.It is not the thirty three dollars that is the issue, it is being scammed by a bunch like this.T. Fox, Texas
