Honest, genuine, and very open.. Jen and her father were very, very kind and knowledgeable and help me get into a truck.. the process was easy, comfortable and they cared..I will go back and deal with Jen and here family before I go to any other dealership.I want to say thank you and I appreciate your open and honest truth with me Gettysburg ng a truck from you guys

Great staff and friendly service. But unfortunately they will not tell you the true value of the car. Ended up paying 5,000 over Kelly blue book value. Obviously this was on me for not doing research but they priced the car as the limited package and actually it was only a standard model(no bells and whistles). If you buy from here do your research and stand firm on price. Would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE.

Long story short. Purchased a work vehicle from them. Few thousand dollars down. Made all my payments. Put it in for repair just a few months in because the transmission was failing. Found out some "patch" work had been done to the transmission just before I bought it. They mislead me for months on what was wrong. They had it for 3 months before they finally said they couldn't find anyone to fix it. I had been in a rental van this entire time, paying $1400/ month for it. One day I happened to go to their lot and I found saw my van had been brought back from where I dropped it off months earlier. It was running and working properly. They had fixed it and didn't plan on notifying me. I told them I'd like to get back in it as soon as possible. I tried for a couple of weeks to figure out when I could work something out and pick up my van and after being ignored I was notified my van was sold. Yes, you read that correct. They stole and sol my van without my consent. So now I'm still renting a van from Enterprise which cost me between $1400-$1700 per month. I've tried talking to them mulltiple times and I just get completely ignored. They won't even send me financial information so I can use it on my taxes. This is by far the shaddiest thing I've ever experienced at a dealer. Now I will have to pay a lawyer to open a case for Dealer Fraud.I've never written one of these reviews and I don't bad mouth anyone but I believe in sharing the truth.
