One of the worst services out there. Once you sign up good luck cancelling.There is no such function on their portal and the support tickets will tell you to contact your so called Account Manager that you didn't even know existed. Tickets will be closed with no help.Horrible customer support and deceiving practices.STAY CLEAR

I was participant in a Ring Central video call this morning. It was my first experience. Since I had set up Ring Central video capability previously, it was simple to copy and paste the call invitation into my notebook browser to join the call.The quality of the video and audio was terrific and there were no connection problems from my end of the call.I look forward to the next Ring Central video call.

Its has been over 3 months since I paid for this service for RIngCentral. I started the process of porting over my toll free number from a different provider. I have spent too many hours on the phone with their TECH Support and get no where. I was told by my sales rep Kosta, that everything was taken of. I have his text message and emails. He will never return my call. And guess what, I found out today that the toll free number hasn't been ported. They keep telling me different story every time I call. I spent over 5 hours today trying to get my number switched, I tried to send over the LOA letter but couldn't up load it. The prompt kept saying the number is in use. I gave up and switched to a different company. Keep your money and avoid this company.

Yes I would recommend Ring Central. The functionality is easy to use and moderately easy to set up. There is some functional confusion between the 3 different sites to use Ring Central, however if all you care about is the Soft Phone or phone App, then ignore the rest. I called in and the sales rep did not speak good English and quoted me a monthly price, but then when I got the account established it was different than quoted. It took me hours for Ring Central to get the account level fixed and the proper credits, then the same agent all of a sudden spoke fluent English. Should have simply signed up on the website. All support is overseas so do not expect USA level of support, however they do have a fairly easy to reach support staff. So far the Soft Phone is working properly and satisfied with the phone features. There was no "Getting Started" support, or videos that I saw ...kinda had to figure it all out myself or reach out to support. Rock solid communications on a wired PC, did not have to make any special setting to my router, although you may need to if this is your first venture to VOIP. Price is a little high for the Value as there are a bunch of other VIOP services out there for less. However if you need these functions, or need Ring Central to interface to your CRM, then this is a good option. //

This company is very predatory. We tried cancelling our contract multiple times only to be told that we had to cancel precisely one month before or would be charged over $10k in cancellation fees. Due to this we waited and followed their cancellation policy exactly, only to now have them coming after us over two years later for roughly $3k in cancellation fees. I'm wasting an inordinate amount of time fighting with them over a fee that we simply don't owe. Buyer beware....make sure to read every single line of anything they have you sign.

I have spent countless hours on the phone with ringcentral support every single week since the very first day I signed up with this company. The issues are never resolved and the reps just google articles for answers to your questions while you wait on hold. Then they still don't resolve the issue. So many hours and money wasted for nothing.

I recently took over the admin role for this account with little to no training. We were not using RC to the fullest of it's capabilities (and probably still aren't). I knew what changes I wanted to make but I wasn't quite sure how to do that inside RC. I have utilized that support chat feature so many time with GREAT success!!! Every single agent I have worked with has been knowledge and patient!! I always download the conversion afterward to keep a record of the instructions. I highly recommend using that feature.

We recently changed to Ring Central and love it! It's a high-powered innovative system that can probably accommodate anyone's needs. Since we are new at this, I have made several calls to tech support. They are very helpful and patient.This was a good move!

Receiving customer service is difficult at best. Hold times have been inordinately long, and the area each customer service person responds to is so limited, to receive any help is extremely time consuming and frustrating. Fortunately, I finally was able to connect with a person who could really help me because I happened to be available when they called back a day or two later. I was never given an approximate time of when they would call back. An email or text ahead of time would have been helpful. If I was told to call back, I never, yes, never, was able to talk to the same person as before, even if I was given a specific extension. So my issue (s) were not resolved at that time. When I put in a support request online, the response I received did not at all match my issue.Ring Central, itself, is a good service. It's customer support definitely is not.

As a small business owner I was hesitant to switch to RingCentral but I am sure now that I made the right move. Not only does this system give you a TON of freedom and customization to leverage it to its fullest, but the customer support staff is incredible. Anytime I have had any question about how to do something or tweak a feature to my liking the support staff has always answered it and or sent me in the right direction. RingCentral has a great library of videos and articles on their support site as well, if you look here first 90% of the time your question will be answered. Using RingCentral I have been able to leverage my office and team to be completely mobile, I can now conduct business whether I am in a coffee shop or in my office which is a big deal as I am on the road a fair amount. I'd recommend RingCentral to any business big or small not only for the mobility and customization but also for the costs, the service itself is at a great price and is competitive with many of the big providers, not to mention the fact that if you utilize the soft-phone apps then you save on having to purchase traditional phone handsets and can go the cheaper and more effective route of headsets per employee rather than per location in the office. We went from 6 phones scattered around our office no phones and each employee wearing an earpiece to answer any incoming calls. I am extremely satisfied with this service and would recommend it every day of the week.
