I dont know about how they run their water delivery business but I can tell you that if the water WalMart packages using their name as the source is what they use in their 5 gallon jugs you couldn't pay me to drink it. Tastes like straight petroleum products or some other blatantly obvious contaminant.

I was with them a couple of years, love the taste of the water, the service started out great, then all the sudden some other people were handling things, totally lost, I finally got things going, then I'm dealing with sparkletts, don't like their water. Been leaving messages for two weeks for Samantha springs to ask a couple of questions, all you get on the main line is a this woman that never calls you back.

They supply Walmart with Great Value Spring Water. Its 88 cents a gallon and Tastes Great.

Samantha Springs is no more (so technically, no stars; but their water was great!): the client list and delivery contracts has been purchased by Sparkletts. My wife had a good conversation with the regional manager for Sparkletts; and with that well delivered clarification on their water source and quality, we are now resuming our delivery service.

Great tasting water but I had damage done to my wood floor. $1680.00 worth of damage due to a bottle breaking. Company gave me the run around and told me it was my fault. I cancelled service and the next month charged for 7 bottles I never received. Bad customer service and doesn’t stand behind the equipment. If I were you I would choose a company I can trust. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!I have never left a bad review before. I truly hate to leave them. This is the first time I have ever felt it appropriate. I ordered from here for a year and cancelled when I moved. CANCELLED. I was gone for over a year or more never hearing from them or getting bills. Then out of the blue they say I owe them money for this whole time. The house they say they've been delivering to is FORECLOSED ON. Empty. Where has the water been going and why are they just now contacting me?With barely any communication they discounted me like $40 bucks but what good is that when this is so insanely crazy?End of story, find a more trustworthy, organized water source.
