We just moved in not too long ago and we love it! When we came to look we were greeted warmly and made to feel at home. Ashley, Whitney and Patrisha are great leasing agents. The community is kept clean and presentable, the apartments are top notch, the maintenance crew is on point! We knew we had to live here from the moment we stepped foot on the property. I could see us living here for years to come.

What you see on the Satori Flats website is what you really find in this beautiful place. There are no tricks in photography. Everything is harmonious and beautiful both in the apartments and in the surroundings. Whitney did an excellent job as a hostess when I went to see the apartment for the first time. I don't think there is another better place to live in Avon. That's why I give this place 5 stars!

I’m very impressed by Ashley, Whitney and the other staff members at Satori Flats! The apartments are modern and roomy and the locked building doors make me feel safe and secure. There are a lot of walking trails, green space areas and pretty ponds and it’s within walking distance of the YMCA. There’s also a heated, salt water pool. I highly recommend Satori Flats as the premier place to live in Avon!!

All and All it's probably the best place to live. If something's wrong it gets fixed, the office staff go out of there way for you. The staff usally host a event once a month which I never go to but it's great. There's always a hard hat on loan in the office if you need one just in case it starts hailing and you decide it's a good time to get the mail.

Anyone looking for a place to call home relocating or just a fresh start check out Satori Flats in Avon. Hurry though!.....the word is getting around and for good reason. Floor plans are well laid out with amenities you would only find in some downtown high end loft. Speaking of amenities there is a fantastic commons area, killer upscale pool well appointed, fitness room,...... guess you are getting the picture by now. To top it off there are two classy ladies, (names withheld) who will guide you through the application process and show you the best kept secret (for now) in Avon living.

Whitney and Ashley have been awesome since the day I met them when it was still under construction! They have done nothing, but be understanding. Anything I have brought to them during the process of moving, they have been able to accomplish and be sympathetic. I truly appreciate them for that. This apartments are to die for! I couldn’t have been more happy about moving into Satori Flats.

Shotty construction that translates too poor craftsmanship. I had to hook up water lines so the dishwasher would work, not too mention by the piece at Lowes myself. Mysterious water leak that lasted for an entire month and 3 of my good work shirts were ruined. They decided the washer was bad. They replaced it with one from the "show apartment" across the hall. Without testing it or anything they called it good. The next evening I'm trying to get ready for vacation and guess what? the Washer doesn't work.Best thing I can say it that the people are nice. It's just over priced and over rated.

I love living here! From day one the staff especially Patrisha has been very helpful and has made relocating so easy. She has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with taking care of all of my needs. I have had a very positive process from the moment I had a tour with her. I definitely recommend living here.
