Wonderful supervisor!! I am trying to locate a package a seller shipped with an error in the street name, and USPS has been so helpful! Really going out of their way to get the issue resolved.

Ok..nothing spectacular. I was paying attention to the overall attitude of the person who waited on me, because I was aware of previous ratings. She wasn't overly friendly. She wasn't smiling. She barely asked me what I needed. But I asked her to put some extra tape on my envelope and she did it.

Pros: Staff is always friendly and helpful. Cons: Sometimes short-handed. Closes at 4:30 PM (not 5PM) and closes for lunch 12:00PM to 1:00PM.

I've been coming to this post office a little over a year. There are two women who work here.....a short stocky woman (short hair) and a taller, more thinner woman (shoulder length hair). I chose this location because it's in route to my kid's daycare and I could stop by when dropping him off or picking him up. The short lady is ALWAYS rude and unfriendly. She just seems angry for no reason EXCEPT for when someone walks in that she appears to know. In that brief moment, she's all smiles and laughing; but as soon as that person walks out the door, she's back on rude and unfriendly again. To that I say, I shouldn't have to be your personal friend in order to get a smile or friendly service. The other lady, the taller/thinner one with the longer hair, has always been nice. She's friendly, greets you with a smile and has always been helpful when I approach her counter. I regret getting my PO Box here because of the repeated rudeness from the other lady. It's sad that she's the way she is. I wonder what happened to her to make her that way. Smh.

Love it! There has not been a time that I have went into this office and the ladies and one gentlemen have not been helpful, professional. They are a nice group to be around and I like going to the office.

This office has quick service and the ladies that work there are very sarcastic to idiots that asks straight retarded questions like, "Do I have to pay for this next day air envelope?" Yes you jackass, that is what I would say but they say things like, "Well if you want your mail to go out."
