Silver Scope completely redesigned our website and e-commerce store, as our old site from our previous provider was easily costing us tens of thousands of dollars in lost sales due to broken links, navigation, and many other problems. The project was fairly involved, and we also decided to add two new industries into our product offerings. We interviewed several companies, and fortunately we chose Silver Scope.Silver Scope’s professionalism was top-notch throughout the entire project. They have an excellent project management program that kept us abreast of every change, made communication easy, and requests were responded to quickly. The end result exceeded our expectations, which were very high. This was our fourth website rebuild, and our most crucial. The site is easy to navigate, which has immediately enhanced the user experience, and has received rave reviews from both new and existing clients. Finally, I feel like we have a site that is “our” site, and matches the quality that we want to convey to our clients. Needless to say, I highly recommend working with Steve and Emily!
