While I definitely do not use SmartDraw to it's greatest capacity, I must state that it is one of the best software tools I use. It can be a bit complicated, though I think I make it that way since I am not as well versed as i should be, but the end result is always one of great satisfaction. And as a bonus, the daily or regularly distributed emails of helpful articles are one of my favorite bonus' of being a SmartDraw user. I strongly encourage and work with my team on a leadership training level and use the email content constantly. I also am a Lean proponent and student and the communications have been extremely helpful. I look forward to them constantly and share them with my teams and Executives. I can't say enough wonderful things about SmartDraw. I will be pursuing more training so that I can use it more efficiently. This is definitely worth the purchase and subscription.

Non-intuitive software

Only one star because there is no option for zero stars which they deserve. Tried out the org chart function which is cumbersome and impossible to form without hours of work. I didn't like it and asked them to end my trial.They responded by billing my credit card monthly for the $39.95 they charge for the service. They refuse to stop billing me, the service is no longer available for me to use and they continue to charge my card even after I attempted to have the credit card company reject the charges as unauthorized. This company is clearly unethical and are quite possibly acting illegally as well.
