Over $130 for a poster is ridiculously overpriced!!! Have had about 15x posters the same size printed previously at other locations for ~$70! AVOID UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING OVERINFLATED PRICES! See first review from 'morning glory'.P.S. To clarify in response to the owners comment, I rang on the Thursday to ask if my poster could be printed for a Monday afternoon pickup (2x business days away). I was told yes no problems, just submit it through the online system. I then rang at 9am on Monday morning to check on progress and was told they dont check the online system and it was best to email it through - so I did. I was then told it would be ready by 3pm that afternoon. So saying I requested it urgently and that it was printed within 1hr is a complete lie!!!

Our company usually pick the online printing service provider. This time, we need the feedback cards to be printed within this week. I asked several local service providers, they quoted us even 2 times the price of SNAP with lower quality paper, but longer turnaround time. I and my company were glad that we met SNAP. Kate was the person who greeted me. She is very nice, straightforward and efficient. Without telling her too much information, she knew what I wanted, gave her best offer and promised me that the job would be done within one day. My supervisor is happy with the finished products. I will definitely recommend our friends to use their service.

We are based in Brisbane and had an urgent request that needed printed and delivered on the same day to one of our clients in Hobart. Kate was very helpful, understood the urgency and managed an amazing turn around - from printing to delivery in under 2 hours. Thank you Kate for the exception service provided yesterday. Another printing company that I won't mention quoted me 3 times the price that Snap quoted, more than likely because they knew we were in a bind and wanted to take advantage of the situation. Thanks again Kate. We will definitely use Snap Printing in Hobart again for our printing needs for Tasmania.

I couldn't be more happy with the ongoing service and support from Kyron and his team at Snap Printing in Hobart. I run a medium sized firm requiring countless publications, presentations, stationary, booklets, business cards, you name it, I need it. No matter what I throw at them, or how ridiculous the deadlines are they ALWAYS get the job done. Couldn't recommend them any higher for all your publishing needs.

I have been a client of Snap Hobart for just over 15 years. Despite the nature of design and print being a sometimes challenging environment; I cannot deny the effort and client loyalty delivered by management and the team of Snap Hobart. Whilst their aim of always delivering on time and to specification has on occasions missed in one of those areas, it has not been without clear communication or make good with the client's best interests at heart and usually due to factors outside their control. Recently I had the need for a client to place a business card in the hand of a new staff member within 1 hour of delivery of print ready artwork to deliver a presentation and i am pleased to say they met all expectations and the client was over the moon with the enormous surprise that we could deliver for them - when all the other printers simply said NO.

My businesses have been working with Snap Hobart for over 10 years. There’s a reason for that. I can turn to the people at Snap at any time and trust that they will provide the right advice and the right products and services that meet the exacting requirements needed at the time. Ive used them for print, graphic design and website consulting. The level of engagement is spot on and I can’t fault the follow up. So if your business is looking for good people to help you, then get in touch with Snap.

I am not one to review online as a general rule but just had pitifully poor service from Snap Hobart. Left my business card design with them and after a week of it being in their possession was told that 'the boss has told me not to waste any more time' when problems were encountered printing on the stock I had requested. This information, by the way, was obtained by me calling them, not the other way around. If I could leave a less than 1 star rating I would. Extremely poor show Snap...thumbs down to you...ps - Around the corner from Snap on Murray Street is Ricoh print who have just completed the job, very much to my satisfaction, on the same stock at a third of the price and in a days turnaround. Why use Snap and their shoddy customer service when a cheaper, more efficient and more professional service are available close by?
