I am so happy with the printing job I got done with Nick and his team in Richmond. They made the whole experience easy and stress free. Customer service and communication was excellent. The speed on delivery and the quality of the print was excellent. Nick clearly cares very much about the service and quality of his business. No hesitation, I would definitely use their services again.

Truly horrible experience. Printing was a disaster - colours all wrong, cutting incorrect. And the staff honestly didn't care, they had my money and refused to do anything or take on any responsibility. If this is what Snap is all about I would avoid at all costs. Snap Flinders lane represents the worst in the following areas: Bad customer service, incredibly poor delivery, printing was a complete disaster - everything was awful. Please do not ever use this organisation.
