I called because I was having issues with my sound and video system in my house. It is a pretty complicated. I called because the whole system was down. The first person I spoke with Shana was so helpful and friendly. The owner Will ended up coming out that day and got me up and running. Also using them going forward for some rewiring. I'M SO IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!As a business owner myself I appreciate this level of performance.

The food was self-serve and tasted pretty good but the service was HORRIBLE. The staff kept yelling at me, telling me to get out and that "this isn't a restaurant" and that I was "trespassing". I don't think I will be dining at Sound Design again.Edit : I met the owners, they offered to cook me a free Hot Pocket anytime I came by if I wouldn't piss on the side of the building anymore.

Unbelievable showroom, and the owners were so friendly and knowledgeable. They have everything from home theater, surround sound, virtual golf and shooting, TVs that hide behind paintings, etc. etc. Cant wait to get mine designed!

These guys are the Best in Texas, hands down. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail. They did a high end whole home Direct TV, Sonos Audio and 4k TV project for me. They were courteous, on-time, on budget and would not leave the house until everything was tested and perfectly explained. Sound Design exceeded our expectations and we have booked them for a Media Room project next month.
