We hired Spidergems as our service provider for email marketing and happy working with them for excellent support. When I started searching for email service provider, I spoke to many companies. All of them were ready to provide platform and training but none of them were ready to support us in HTML coding. Mr. Venkat, Who is heading the business, helped us in creating template as per our brand guidelines. Spidergems also provided excellent support and training till our first email blast was executed. We had a complex template and Mr. Venkat recreated it from the scratch. Spidergems has very good email marketing module and very easy to execute email campaigns. All the reports generated can be viewed in user-friendly dashboard. The best part with Spidergems is their packages and competitive pricing.
