James & SpiderSavvy are super responsive and very professional. I got a same day response from to my inquiry regarding web issues I was having. After a couple short days of sizing up the issues, I had a solution path and a quote. Once I accepted the quote, I was provided a implementation plan with an order of work outlining each step of the process. Great care was taken to insure against data loss. In about a few days, my site was refreshed, all my issues resolved, and a few other improvements made along the way. SpiderSavvy was exactly what I needed and I look forward to future work as we plan more upgrades and improvements. Highly Recommended.
