It is fancy modern high tower by Emaar, the issue is the access to reach the parking and the cost of the parking, it is really expensive, so it is better to go there by metro, the building got an access from burj khalifa metro station through tunnels, and if you want to use the parking put a timer because if the time entered the second hour only by 1 or two minutes you will be charged for the whole hour, so prepare your wallet 😅.

Amazing palace, professional people around this place. This plaza has two towers named as Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 and Tower 2 respectively. Both towers looks similar and are locatiod in front of Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. This buliding is connected to a nearby metro station and Dubai mall. If you are coming by metro station then exit on burj khalifa dubai mall station and have a walk in dubai mall direction and need to exit before reaching dubai mall. You can find an exit door on the left side of the bridge you walk.
