Rob at Sproutreach has worked with non-profit Pennies for Poverty’s Wordpress website for several years. Originally he built and trained us on a specialized Wordpress site that Pennies took over. Then we asked him to bring our main Wordpress site, which had been largely ignored for many years, up to snuff technically. In the process of doing that he helped us move to a better (and more economical) hosting service and build skills that we needed to maintain our site effectively. Recently when we ran into difficulties that led us to think our site had been hacked, he provided advice (on New Year’s eve no less!) and was prepared to explore the problem in more detail very quickly. His advice led to our resolving the difficulty without additional work on his part. He has been very responsive, generous with advice, clear communicating technical details to non-technical people, and extremely knowledgeable about creating and managing our Wordpress sites. He goes the extra mile…providing tremendous value.
