As years goes on, everything gets worst, they bring in young managers with no experience. .they want to concentrate on safety but don't train new employees, they want to be safe but don't replace old tooling, they don't concentrate on quality or housekeeping, I have never seen some many nasty workers in my life, and lazy, the young generation have no common sense. There's a lot of employees I've seen and worked with that don't take this job serious enough, these parts goes on airplanes nobody cares, it's all about numbers. They paid the white workers more even there black guys that do the same thing gets less pay...There's no diversity in management everybody young and white.
