Feedback:

They bought my scheduling company this year, which previously worked perfectly. I never had any customer complaints in the 3 years of subscription. That's the best track record I'd ever had of any massage therapy software; and the customer service was excellent. After Squarespace bought my scheduler there were lots of little problems, no one replied to my inquiries about those problems, and now my scheduler is completely malfunctioning. It suddenly stopped working and there was no memo about it. I haven't heard back from a representative, even after 3 days of polite and calm request-for-help emails. I don't know what to do except potentially change my scheduler. I'm at a loss.

Horrible service. Transferred website from Weebly and squarespace took our money and then said they can’t get our website up and live. No time frame when it will be fixed. This is costing us thousands of dollars.

This is a horrible platform. They have huge money in advertising their service, and no money in customer service. you can t call them, and they refuse to do anything for you with out you paying more and more . I'm currently trying to get my domain and money back from them and they keep telling me i need to wait longer, meanwhile my business is tanking because they cant supply simple services a website host should.

I am giving them NO stars. I transferred my domain to SS from GoDaddy, what a HUGE mistake. No phone support, domain is not working, they can't seem to fix it, it's been over a week, and their CHAT or EMAIL support team keeps saying they are working on it and they are available 24/7, except it still doesn't work. Just trying to get to CHAT support is a huge vicious loop. TERRIBLE customer experience.
