Thank you Drs and staff! I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish with this group.. from the time I walked in nervous and anxious about having a colonoscopy I was made to feel welcomed the receptionist reassured me I would be fine and that the Drs would take care of me.. the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable super friendly and nice.. they all made me feel secure they worked around my schedule but still got me in fairly quickly .. I'm very impressed and will spread the word about this group! Please keep up the great work you guys are awesome!!

I want to thank Dr. Dar for being such an amazing doctor and making feel so comfortable. Lelia Is a great front desk /check in she welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. As I walked into the rooms I notice the were all nicely prepped and cleaned a huge thank you to Bianca. Stormy and Iris were so helpful when it came to explaining all my procedure instructions they were very detailed and they made sure I was well taken care of !Thank you Staff for such an amazing experience

my experience at sog was was smooth and comfortable from when i walked in to walking out. The front Desk receptionist named Leila greeted me with a wonderful smile and ask how I was doing that day, which alot of places dont do so that was pleasant. The staff and the Dr in the back were friendly and great. Thanks sog for my visit . I Highly recommend you come to Stone Oak Gastroenterology

Very disappointed in my visit today. Dr M basically disregarding all my concerns and showed no concerns. She spent about 10 to 15 minutes with me after I had waited for almost an hour. It was a complete waste of time and money. She said was to continue with what I was doing ,even though I told her meds aren't helping & I haven't eaten in 3 days. Also explained I have lost 9lbs in 5 days and she stated " that's not weight loss" she advised a pregnancy test before doing any procedures and even though I have been ill for almost 3 weeks she said it was ideal to return to work.. Knowing I have a very physical job. I felt the staff did not care at all. I will not be returning here.

My husband is being seen here and the wait time is horrendous. Dr was in a hurry and too the point and because she was in a hurry she seemed rude. He has a surgery scheduled soon so i will update my review then.

Very poor communication. Never discussed in detail about cause of symptoms and what will be next steps. Recommended procedure staright away. It could have been done as preventive. No information about preventive/diagnostic. After procedure we GOT huge bill in the mail, which could have been easily avoided, had it been preventive. After the procedure also, NO follow up, whatsoever at all. Very bad service

I was suffering from abdominal pains for two nights so my husband decided to bring me to this medical facility. I cannot thank them enough because the staff treated me well and made sure I am comfortable. Thank you and I will see you soon for my follow up check up!
