Went to pick up a package and was told I had to come back after 1pm because the person working behind the desk was "by herself". There was only one other customer in the store. Seemed more like the associate was just lazy and didn't want to do her job.In response to the owner. I purposely had it delivered directly to your store, it was never attempted to be left at my house because the product required a signature and I needed it to be delivered that day. Telling me it takes till 1pm to process your deliveries is meaningless because all she had to was find mine because it was available to be picked up at that time. I received an email stating it was available for pickup, nowhere in this email does it say anything about a time frame I need to come for pickup. It's also funny how after my review you immediately received six 5-star reviews all in the same day, I'd be willing to bet they were bought but that's your prerogative. I've included a photo of the email, you can verify with the tracking number.

Everyone was very helpful I had several large packages to UPS out and they saved me quite alot of money with there suggestions. I've also had them print out 5000 flyers and got them the same day

Every time I drop packages off here they go out the next day. Even when dropped off in the morning. If you have something urgent don't bother going to this place.

Had a line out to the door, multiple employees were working but decided to let the only lady there manage the line slowly and as best as she could.

I came into this store a few weeks ago for the notary service and to fax documents for my closing on a home in the area. The notary messed up my paperwork and my request to transfer funds from my TSP for closing costs was denied because of your employees clerical error. Now I lost the home I was trying to buy. Please train your employees, so future customers don't LOSE their HOUSE over mistakes made by you.Edit: That's odd, because I have the receipt and messed up document right here with your store location. Clearly your store has some more issues to work out so they dont cost your customers hundreds of dollars in losses.Edit 2: It is also odd that my photo evidence keeps disappearing from my review. I've posted it again for the 4th time in 24 hours, and i will continue to be vigilant if need be. I've also sent an email to corporate. I will probably call them once I finally have a day off. Just trying to help future customers!You did try to contact me on Facebook messenger. I tried to reach back recently but the thread was gone. My apologies for not contacting immediately, as I was upset after having to completely restart the home search. I also remember signing your books the day I came in. So hopefully corporate can figure out how you lost my records when I have evidence I was there on the date and time in question.

Three times I’ve had a tea jerk deal with me at the store. One time when I got an email saying my package was ready for pick up and he yelled at me to leave until after 3 (the store closed at 4), one time when the same guy tried to shove an item into a box too small, and almost broke it, and just now when I went to pick up my package, walked into a line out the door of people shipping things, and I try to pick up a package, which I can literally see behind the counter, and I’m yelled at to get in line. When a package is already late being delivered, and now cannot even be picked up in time, that drives me crazy. Honestly, screw this store.
