Client Review on Sugar CRM

We have been using Sugar for our CRM system for 2+ years. There recent upgrade has been of extremely poor quality, to the point that effectively our CRM system is down (unusable) for last four days. There are browser UI errors, silent errors (nothing happens when you click, likely a javascript error being eaten up by bad quality code) and atrociously poor performance after the recent upgrade. We have not been able to effectively use the CRM system for last four days.On top of this, their support team really takes the cake. So even though we have been down for multiple days, there is no urgency on their part to respond or find a work around (or resolve the issue). Even in system down situation, response times are multiple days. At this rate resolution of such issues may take multiple weeks.So if you value your sanity (and are not locked into sugar like us due to the data), Choose another vendor/product. Do not use Sugar
