Robo calls to my cell phone @ 9PM on a sunday night? Really? Never signed up for this junk, don't want it, don't care. Leave me in peace. Morons. The only way to opt out is to e-mail or call back during normal business hours? Yeah, i'm going to finish off my night by reporting to the CT attorney general.

I used several of SSI's surveying services over the last few months, but my worst experience has been with iPoll. After successfully cashing out $200 this year in $25 increments with no problems, I randomly had my account terminated as I tried to cash out nearly $50 to PayPal (food and gas money that took me a month and many, many hours to earn), apparently due to a violation of their terms. However, I did not violate terms, and now no one at the company will speak with me. The receptionist at headquarters is rude and unhelpful. You can't even get a word in edgewise, and she refused to let me speak to her supervisor, transferring me to their unmanned "customer service line" voicemail box repeatedly without my permission. I also received nothing more than a copied and pasted message via email, and any other attempts I have made to contact the company has fallen on deaf ears.I highly regret all of the people I have referred to this service. Beware also Quick Thoughts, Opinion Outpost, and any other name used by SSI. They string you along for awhile, but ultimately everything about this company is a scam.

Thanks for the surveys.Please try my 1 ingredient chocolate..Fill your ice tray with Nutella melted chocolate.Keep it in fridge 1 hour/overnight.Mornings coming,...Hold a homemade chocolate....Did a survey on directions on box ....Take a survey.Got a hotel survey from Opinion World.Appreciation received at the end of the Opinion survey.Got a 25,000 rs raffle ticket entry.

Garbage company. They run, among other things, the TrueBlue "Points for Surveys" program, where they tell you 5 minutes into a 15 minute survey that you don't qualify. That's absolute nonsense and a waste of my time.

VERY SLOW ANSWERING QUERIES ON SURVEY ERRORS, LOW POINTS FOR LONG SURVEYS.

They called and said they were from my Health Insurance and wanted to do a survey. I told her to proceed but if the questions got personal I would stop her and contact my health insurance. Then she told me the truth about being a survey company. I hung up. I will not give anyone who call me any personal information. I always call the company to double check first.

They call and hang up, i call back (this was their intent) and its a prerecorded message. If I want to opt out of calls, I have to email them? I google the company, get a corporate number, try to speak with someone, all options are also recorded messages. I don't even know what they do or how they do it, because I will never care to give them the time of day ever after putting me through this.
