I purchased 2 packages and they only delivered one. They said they’d mail the other and I still haven’t received it. After reading the reviews it looks as though I’m not the only person having issues with them. I also ordered posters and they said they’d call me to schedule to pick them up from them when they are at another photo shoot. I have tried calling and of course just like everyone else, no answer and you can’t leave a message. I can’t believe sports program/teams still use them. I should have read reviews on this business beforehand... lesson learned.

Awful customer service! I paid for my daughter cross country pictures by check. They had no issue with CASHING my check but I never received the pictures. I call the company I was informed they would mail me the pictures in a few days. (this was 2 weeks ago) At this point I just want my money back!!!! I have called several times no answer I sent email no reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly rude. I was having trouble locating package and price Information so I called them. Before I could even finish my sentence Tonya interrupted me and flatly told me I needed a computer to view that information. We were sent a link with cross country photos so I assumed that in 2017 that link would allow us to make a purchase. Silly me. When I asked again for package and pricing information she told me again that I needed to be on a computer. I'm on the phone with her, is it that difficult to tell me the information I'm requesting? I hope the school will use a different, more consumer friendly company in the future.

Awful customer service and the pictures are terrible and WAY overpriced. I did buy some to capture memories (we can't take our own photos at dance competitions) and everyone thinks I took them. I really hope they are not taking photos of the next competition. Incredibly unqualified and rude. I wish I knew the company that captured our moments last year and I'd give them 5 🌟. The amount of money I paid for 6 awful pics is the same amount I paid last year for an entire routine!

Absolutely the worst customer service. I misunderstood what I was told I was purchasing and they are refusing to give me a refund. Essentially I was sold a $75 image with a copyright release for our church portrait, which took all of 10 minutes to take and we were to receive a complimentary photo anyway. Highway robbery for 1 image on a disc with a copyright release! After I realized less than 12 hours later and emailed them immediately they are refusing to give me any sort of compensation for a confusion on my end. Not only that, but the clips from the backdrop they used needed to be edited out. BEWARE of what you are buying and DON'T ever be scammed into purchasing a disc with a "copyright release"; unless you plan to distribute the photos among media. Also make sure there isn't a special "deal" going because they won't inform you of anything. They are there to make money off of your ignorance. There is no return policy on their website and was not on the receipt I received.

This company is extremely professional and they always strive for excellence. They did portraits for us and they turned out so well! I am beyond impressed with their work. They take great pride in their work and deliver an excellent product!
