Working with TechTriad to bring my website to a modern WordPress site was so easy and smooth. Sue was incredible to work with, she was very helpful with all my questions, and any problems I ran into. She set up my template and all the backend stuff that I had no idea about. As I worked on bringing in the content and finding things I would like to change or add, she was patient and kind as she walked me through how to do it. I bet it would have been quicker if she had just done it and been through, however she patiently taught me how to do the work so I could take care of things in the future. TechTriad was also very timely in all responses to my emails. She knew I was not very "techy" but at no time did she make me feel stupid or ignorant. She boosted my confidence and encouraged me to try things on my own, knowing she had my back. I am getting so many compliments from clients on the website, ease of use, the looks and content. It would not have been possible for this to happen without the support and help of Sue and her team at TechTriad.
