Ted Decagna is a great professional I am very pleased with his work. He is worth the investment. I knew from the second I walked in his studio I had the right man for the job. He had a big table where he does HAND written lettering before it gets on the computer. He has so much originality. He started asking questions about me and my company. You get a really good feeling he cares. Next he explained how the process worked in 3 phases. Where he starts with nothing but the ideas in his head in phase 1 with black/white copy. Then he moves on to phase 2 where you really see why its important to hire a professional. He works his magic to test out all options on color. I liked my black and white copy but when he put color on it the logo really came to life. Then phase 3 the master piece. All in all working with Ted was a pleasure. Not a product photographer.I would not recommend for any product photography. He had a tremendous difficulty removing the shadow and yellow hue without sending it out to a "Photoshop expert" which was going to come with an additional hourly price.He also had no knowledge of how to shape the product to make it attractive for advertising.I had to go to another photographer to have my photos reshot and now they are much more closely aligned with what you expect to see from a professional photographer...and at a fraction of the cost.

We have circulated nearly 50 thousand of these to the moving public. The overall cost to return is excellent. He also handles our direct mail at great rates and our business cards which are second to none. Ted is the consummate professional, taking great pride in his work and treating the logo design process from conception to completion as if it were for his own company. He brings a strong work ethic, a keenly creative eye, and a passion for bringing a business owner's vision to life. All of my interactions in Ted were in person, over the phone, and via email/text. Ted always made himself available to me however I needed him during this process. Ted is also a great listener, always ensuring that he is incorporating what is most important to his client's vision while adding his expertise and professional opinion to ensure the final product adequately reflects the ultimate goals of the project, both now and for future business considerations (websites, promotional materials, conventions, you name it). “As the Manager of an Assisted Living Facility, Horizon Manor, it is imperative that I have a website and design that can compete with the much larger facilities. Ted tore down our dated website and created something that’s modern and fresh. He took the time to speak with the guests and get the “feel” of our Country Inn setting. With that in one hand and a camera in the other he took high resolution photos that enhance our appearance and show the true charm of our Victorian Style home. He then “hand crafted” our logo in a one of a kind style that’s all about elegance. A beautiful script lettering like I’ve not seen before. He also added a rich “Victorian textured back drop” to further enhance the coziness of our look.He maintained constant communication with me and let me know at which phase of the project he was on.
