Worst customer experience of my life. My iPad had a cracked screen and I never saw it again. They actually stole or lost my iPad and dodged my calls every day for 2.5 months. i left messages every day. when i finally got a manager on the phone, he claimed to have problems with his phone system and said he would call me back. he didn't.

Mike is such a thoughtful, considerate , knowledgeable and patiently helped me with my cell phone problems. Have gone to my provider in the past, never again as it always ends up their employees with Verizons keep trying to give me their lingo, "Oh, you need to update to a new phone....You are missing a great business if you go elsewhere!

Gerald was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, AND expertly restored my iPhone that I had drowned in hot tea at the bottom of a bag. I really didn’t think it could be fixed. I’m grateful to have his service here in town.

Gave him my phone to repair cost 100.00 then told me not fixable said leave for him to try cam back in a few weeks he could not find it never called me as he promised went back months later he said "it's long gone get out of my shop. Stole my phone!!! No integrity stay away there are other places in town 😟

I felt the owner was not very helpful, I was able to find cheaper and fast service elsewhere. This shop said it would take several days just to get the parts. While my phone at another shop was ready next day.

Way over priced. $240 for an iPhone 6+ screen replacement. I'll 45 minutes to Roseville and $65. How did she say that with a straight face? Holiday gouging much?
