I usually love them but...To be fair I usually love Image Depot, the quality of the prints are beautiful. I have nothing bad to say about that. My issue is, I recently went to pick up my order I got there at 5:15pm, I noticed I didn’t crop a photo properly. I know this was my fault but I asked if they could fix it. The woman was very nice and did help me re-upload the photo to the self-serve station.At first, I was relieved because, I am a photographer and I had already told my customer I would have his one, 5x7 print, that day. Now 5:25pm and I have it uploaded and woman helping me says, “We can have your print [one 5x7 print] for you TOMMOROW, we close at 6pm.” I’m thinking “What?! All you have to do is go to your machine and press print? No one else is in the store? Why is it going to take a whole day, also I can go to inferior places like Walgreens or Wal-Mart and they can have it for me in 10 minutes (unless it is around Christmas)” Instead, all I say is, “Oh, I was really hoping to get this today because I need to deliver to my customer today” [hint hint] All she says is, “Sorry, we close at 6pm” I’m really surprised and taken aback at her un-willingness to help me, especially since she had been so helpful up to this point and she knows my circumstance. I know this was not her problem but I m really disappointed with the lady/Image Depot. I have bought $1000s of dollars worth of camera equipment there and her unwillingness to help me makes me want to just use a different company from now on.

They are now an Allens Camera. I went out n and was assisted by Jack who was helpful and friendly. I went in for some Ilford HP5 Plus Back and white film. Only $6.49 a roll for 36 exp. Too bad they don't carry chemistry though.

Worst customer service ever!! Too bad there isn’t another picture printing store around, and they know it, so they treat their customers absolutely horrible! I have spent almost $2000 at this store with three weddings, and they are very condescending and won’t even put my pictures between cardboard like they have done the last 3 times !! Rory even said that they have never done that, calling me a liar!! Extremely disrespectful, and low class!!

We needed last minute pictures for a funeral and we uploaded them online for their one hour photo right as the shop opened at 9 AM. We didn’t know that the person who does the prints didn’t start until 10 AM. We called to see how long it was going to take, thinking there was no way they would get done in time. They rushed the pictures and had them done within 15 minutes of the arrival of the person who does the prints. They are perfect. I can’t thank them enough for working so quickly and expertly to get those pictures done in time for my mother’s funeral. They went above and beyond for customer service.

I brought in my Canon Rebel T3, which has been experiencing various issues recently. They were very knowledgeable about everything! I got several free suggestions on keeping it working for longer, and some helpful advice on if/when to replace it. Oh, and I also bought a UV filter at a reasonable price.
