Food was great the only complaint I have is of the guy that brought our food out he must have been having a bad day because when I called him he totally ignored me I have never had a problem before but I think management needs to talk to him about his bad attitude.

Nice gastro pub serving proper British pub food. There are, however, some (at least lunch) service related issues. Such as food/drink runners not knowing table numbering scheme thus putting food down in front of wrong patrons and/or assuming drink placement by gender.
