My AC wasn’t working and I had a hard time finding a good company but thank God I found the right guys! Tanya was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you for the amazing customer service and for helping us resolve this issue!

The Right Guys are just wonderful. Our air conditioning stopped working on a 105 degree day.. Michael and Tanya worked diligently to get it fixed within a few days..constantly keeping me updated on the progress of getting the AC unit replaced and up and working...Shawn spent hours in the hot sun with Emilio until the unit was up and running...my review of The Right Guys is simplythat they are The Right Guys!!!

We called this company to fix our A/C . We had great customer service. In half hour the repairman came in and fixed the A/C. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable to detect the issue and fix.

Thanks Edgar and Zane, my AC went out around midnight and they got me scheduled for noon that same day. Edgar went out and told us that First American will just keep trying to repair it over and over until I get mad at them so I should expect a couple thousand for a unit replacement. Definitely not what I wanted to hear of course but it all happens sometimes. They did whatever it is they do and I got a breakdown the next day for about $1500 which I gotta say other companies were charging me around $5000 or more for my unit so like… yeah sure ill take it. They even offered me split payment, which I never got from the bigger companies who even wanted to put tons of interest on top of the already insane prices, but I got it paid off and they sent out a tech the next morning to install it. All in all a couple days to get a super discounted service and the AC was back up in time for family that was coming to town. They already dislike me for moving out West imagine if I spent all that time convincing them to visit for them to come out and cook in my house. Thanks Right guys.

If I could give a negative star I would. Totally dishonest company as I’ve seen in other reviews. They were sent by First American Warranty due to our AC blowing hot air. Tech was here for maybe 2 minutes and told us it was our compressor and it was covered. I don’t think he ever even took the unit apart. Next day the part was in and were told by The Right Guys that we have to pay 925.00 for uncovered costs and whole unit needs to be replaced. None of this was ever communicated to us by the tech. We spoke with the owner who argued with us and eventually we were sent to another AC company (Air Magic). The tech came out today and guess what?? The fan motor needed to be replaced. Our air is up and running. No out of pocket expense. Be careful. This company obviously takes advantage of people who don’t know any better. I still have the invoice from them plus the invoice from Air Magic. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as First American Warranty.

This company is awesome! Excellent customer service all around, especially Tanya! So sweet, friendly, and personable. A real person who actually cares and treats you like a real person and not just another “appointment” to be scheduled. Also, Shawn saved the day and actually took initiative when no one else did and potentially solved a problem that no one else could! I will always make sure to request these guys!!!!!! Would give a 10 star rating if possible! 😊

Imagine taking all your anger out on a customer service rep who just wants to help you. Thank you Tanya and I think just Anya (one of you reaallly needs to get a nickname haha!) I seriously appreciate everything you've done. I was on hold, I accidentally hung up my phone and wow did I rage because I knew Id have to join the queue again! Either way, I was so mad but you guys dealt with my rage and I really appreciate it that you guys somehow managed to stay professional when I cussed you out. Honestly Anya if you hadn't jumped in I would've torn your other dispatcher to shreds. I cant believe you guys have to go through this every summer... I have a new respect for AC people. Good luck for what it's worth.Edit: Ill take a little frustration if it means working with a local company to be honest. Im so tired of just being assigned a number. My home warranty sucks, I was about to go out of pocket with another vegas company and they had someone from like Middle Earth answer the phone. I asked them if they even understand what heat im in and the lady did the longest no ive heard in existence. But Ill be honest I cant afford to not go through a home warranty so im stuck.
