Never before have I experienced a company that was so dedicated to designing their product but never actually selling it. We were sent a rough draft of a poorly designed banner which, as we were running out of time, we agreed to as the final product. After sending enough emails to theoretically break down gmail and so many phone calls my unlimited text and call phone plan charged me extra, I went directly to the store which was closed during their open hours and we never received any reply or a banner. This was a complete and utter waste of time and we were left bannerless. Is this even a real business?
