I can’t say enough good things about Lee (print shop manager) and the quality of work and service at this print shop location. Lee is fantastic to work with, and I’m continuously impressed by the quality of the documents/deliverables I receive. Additionally, if ever there are questions, I receive a follow-up note or call to make sure that the deliverable matches what I intended when I sent it in. Occasionally while printing on the road, I’m forced to print at a Staples or Kinkos, and am reminded just how lucky I am to have this UPS print shop available locally.

After having a negative and terrible customer service experience at the location on Odana, I called the Regent location and spoke with an associate named Olivia. Not only did I get the answer to my simple question that the Odana rep. refused to answer, but Olivia exhibited far better customer service and was more than willing to help. I would be inclined to use the Regent location for any shipping needs.

Wow great customer service! I was mailing back a loaned medical device. The company had emailed me a return label which I had no way of printing. They did it for me! I just forwarded them the email and just like that I was set. Thank you so much for your help. And for having a parking lot in the downtown area. Super pleased.

What's worse than not willing to help is providing wrong information on top of that.And now this misinformation has cost me THOUSANDS of dollars to reschedule my trip.

This was my go to store for crating and packaging. Some years ago I needed a vintage keyboard shipped and the buyer was willing to pay for crating. This store was recommended to me. Since the UPS stores are owned by different franchisees, the packing and crating options are not always the same, and this was said to be the best.They did a good job packing and shipping the keyboard, so I brought them several other items that were too big for me to pack, and they did a good job.So why 3 stars instead of 4 or 5? I used to take them my Amazon returns. Then they started charging for that (tape and/or labels, etc). I have a personal rule that I do not use any business that charges extra to return/tape a package, so I will not be back. Many of the other UPS stores accept Amazon returns for free, and I will continue to use those.
