While being at Unison they helped me to understand what having a mental illness was and how I can grow to deal with symptoms and how to deal with those symptoms. Since being at UBH I acquired my CPS. Am looking for a job right now. One beautiful thing I can say, the people at Unison care about in. Thank you for showing me how to take my life back

I just came home without seeing a doctor and waited 3 hours, I was having a really bad episode and I went home and cut myself a bunch, I decided to go back and showed the injuries and blood too the staff, I talked to a staff member who told me they were severely understaffed, they then decided to have me go out back into the waiting area with years old band-aids where I waited another hour and then I went home, I am gonna go see my general doctor so I can try to find help.

I was taken from Douglas unison and dropped off at sweetwater homeless shelter on Alice st which a scientist runs for 3 wks then unison got me an apartment at Central Park apt then I was a targeted individual being gangstalked,tortured physically, hacked my phone. They made sure I can couldnt leave waycross. I litterly had to jump a train. They burgarlized my apt. While I was out. People are dying and going missing there. I am not on meds nor drugs. Like they were telling my family. I have paperwork to prove. Yall be very careful. They tied in with someone. Who you think u can calling some are not. Hacked technology. This is my experience. I apologize if it offends anyone

Poor customer service. They gave me a number to call and I've been calling it everytime to schedule appointments. Lady snaps at me saying, "You don't need to call me. Just call the office." (Well don't tell me I can call you and give me the number to call)I've asked for testing to be done 3 or more different times and they still haven't done it keep asking if I want it. (No I'm just asking for the testing, because I don't want it.)Last of all they never said anything about payment or cost and I have been going for a few months now without paying. Last time I went she asked for a fee and I figured it was because they finally figured out insurance so I was paying what was left, but then I got the receipt with the balance on it... (With no prior notice of balance or bill in the mail) They also wanted me to write my social on a sticky note,They don't smile, and are very rude. Never going back

I'm going blind and I'm pretty upset about it. After explaining to the doctor that I had pretty much tried all the different kinds of depression meds and they all gave me the same weird feeling that I didn't like. When I left, what was the prescription for? A medicine that I had just explained to her I couldn't take. I guess she assumed I was fishing for a narcotic? Not the case at all. Just because I have a beard doesn't mean I'm a junkie.
