Feedback:

Used them for years... took them a job for 19 shirts... the refused to do them... could not get my digital file back.. wont return emails.... use threaded dragon in Parker 5 stars!

Feedback:

We used them for some corporate shirts. The embroidery was terrible and the shirts were ruined. They admitted the shirts weren't acceptable and said they had someone new on the machine and offered to replace the shirts. It has been weeks... no shirts. They will not call us back or refund us despite 5-10 voicemails/emails. Pretty frustrating! Steer clear of this unorganized, unprofessional company.

I have worked with threaded ink for close to 5 years now. They take care of my business website. Also business uniforms and marketing needs. Always great service. Thank you threaded ink.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!!! Ordered a Chaparral high school letter jackets from here because I wanted to support a local Parker business. In November I called them to see if they had them, she said yes and quoted me $200 and $250 with a hood. We went in there and the lady/girl wasn't friendly at all. It took a long to input the order even though we knew exactly what my daughter wanted (she wanted "chenille" lettering. It is the same as the stitch of the big "C"). She seemed annoyed that I was making her do work by putting in the order. Shockingly the base price of jacket with hood was $265 and with each "chenille" letter (my daughters first name -4 letters, last name -4 letters and -4 letters for year). $78 total and another $40 to sew all four patches on. With tax walking out the door $415. I would advise them when quoting prices over the phone to include that info. Because my daughter is awesome, we went with it. I was told 6 to 8 weeks for the jackets to be finished. Darn guess this can't be a gift from Santa. (Lol!). One week before Christmas I got a voice mail from a man stating our letter jacket has come in and is ready for pick up. He followed it up with an email that the jacket was ready. We are beside ourselves that this jacket came in early and will now be a present under the Christmas tree. I go in the next day to pick it up. The same lady/girl was there that we placed the order with. I told her I was there to pick up a letter jacket. She seemed annoyed again and stormed around looking through stuff. Rudely ask who told me it was ready. Finally in a disorganized pile found the jacket fresh in its plastic package with no patches on it. She snootily said this jacket won't be ready for several weeks. No apology that I was told in error this information or for wasting my time coming in there when it wasn't ready. At the 8 week mark, I call to get a status on the jacket. Girl answers the phone. She said a bunch of people quit, she's helping out. She can't find any information on the jacket and will have someone call me back. Nobody calls me back. 9 week mark I call and leave another voice mail. Beth calls me and said she moved over from the post office side to help because everyone quit. I tell her at this point I just want a refund. She talks to manager named Dan and said patches have come in and they will refund a random $50 for my troubles. Got the jacket 10 weeks 2 days! I feel manager Dan should have called me to apologize that his company dropped the ball. Overal experience, horrible!!! I will never use them for anything. I will look elsewhere for swim team apparel, spirit wear or future letter jackets. When talking to another mom about letter jackets, she said local Parker company Monograms by K&K does a fantastic job. This mom ordered the week before Thanksgiving and it arrived a few weeks later, in plenty of time before Christmas. Out the door $258. They don't do chenille lettering but this mom said super easy process and very happy with K&K.

Feedback:

Very poor experience with tshirt quality oreded several small and medium sized shirts one of the small shirts was the same size as the mediums (all from the small manufacturer). Stopped in at the store and the women at the fesk could care less. Forced to buy from this place because of the school. If you have a choice look look for some place that cares about customers.

I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!! They have a a vendor relationship with Douglas County School District and sell athletic wear at school sponsored events. We attended an event at Ponderosa High School and ordered a pair of school logo'd adult sized Medium Shorts - to our dismay when we received the shorts they were much smaller than the adult sized shorts that they displayed at the event. We spoke to other parents and heard similar feedback from them as well. We then went to the store showed them the shorts and was told that sometimes the vendor supplies different sizes?? They were going to "look into it and get back to us" a month later we called and were told "we (Threaded Ink) have to custom order the clothes and the vendor they (their vendor) won't do anything to resolve the problem - maybe you can sell them to someone else next year and buy a larger size" You have got to be kidding??? Not accepting this, I went to the office to pick up the shorts and spoke to one of the owners (Female - did not get her name). I reconfirmed their position, and told her how disappointed I was in their customer service - I told her that I was going to speak to the athletic director at Ponderosa (or whoever was in charge of the vendor relationship), communicate my experience with Threaded Ink and recommend that they find another vendor - She then told me "Don't you dare threaten me - I have an exclusive relationship with the school district and you can't do anything about it" This lady must be joking. It would have cost her NOTHING to create a satisfied customer - all she had to do was order the correct product and sell the unused returned item at the next event, instead she took the approach she did. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - ARE RUDE AND FEEL THAT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM THEN TOO BAD!
