Left my playstation there with a broken HDMI port. It was busted pretty badly. The team worked extremely hard to try and get it fixed. My system was beyond repair, but they offered me a used one for a third of the price. They ate all of the repair expense and still gave me a great deal. Great staff that loves what they do.

I came in with a malfunctioning SSD in my laptop, and these guys got a new drive (one that was higher quality than the original), reinstalled the operating system, and made sure it ran without any problems. The tech guys here are determined to fix any hardware and software issues. If you run into issues with you device again, you can give it back for no additional cost. I will definitely come back to TK Iowa for my technology needs!
