I had a Reece Hitch installed on my Jeep Compass a year in a half ago. The brake light and turn signal went out on the right side. It wasnt a bulb so it had to be in the hitch. I made an appointment and they determined the box had went bad. They didn't charge me any labor for the repair. Brad and Shane were very polite and courteous to me. I was very pleased with the repairs and getting me on my way.

Was lucky to find this place while shopping for RV items next store. They had all the parts I needed for my horse trailer that I couldn't find at home. Daniel was extremely patient and helpful. I needed to look at many of the things since my trailer was in Fl and wasnt prepared with a list. He said I could order and have shipped anything else i needed. Spend many months in NC. Hope to move here soon
